WHAT IS HOLIDAY ROAD?

Holiday Road Los Angeles is a family-friendly DRIVE-THRU Holiday experience. Expect to see some larger than life holiday displays, millions of Christmas lights, Santa and Mrs. Claus & the Elves, countless candy canes and all of your favorite holiday cheer!

WHEN IS HOLIDAY ROAD?

Holiday Road takes place from December 4th – January 3rd. We open at 5:00pm and close at 10:00 pm. We have designated time slots starting at 5:00pm and ending at 10:00 pm. Advanced ticket purchase is required.

Yes, you are permitted to attend Holiday Road Drive-thru, per the Los Angeles County guidelines. Fortunately, Holiday Road is exempt and classified as a vehicle parade. It is not considered a public gathering. We are working with county officials and we are making sure to follow the highest level of safety standards. Your safety and experience are our top concern.

HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE TO SEE?

Depending on your session time, ticket holders should expect to wait approximately 30 mins before being released onto the trail. The earlier sessions in the night tend to move much quicker and have less wait time. Please plan accordingly, especially if you have small children and pay close attention to your arrival window times below. The trail itself is approximately one mile long and it is self-guided from your vehicle. Visitors are welcome to experience the attractions at a 5MPH speed limit and generally spend 35 minutes viewing the attractions once on the trail. There is NO FULL STOPPING permitted on the trail.

DOES HOLIDAY ROAD HAVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES?

Unfortunately, due to strict LA County Health Department regulations, NO food and beverage will be made available this season. We highly suggest that you pack food and drink for your experience, especially if you have small children.

DOES HOLIDAY ROAD HAVE RESTROOMS?

Unfortunately, due to strict LA County Health Department regulations, NO restrooms will be made available for ticketholders this season as no one will be permitted to leave their vehicle. We highly suggest that you find a nearby restroom prior to your arrival, especially if you have small children.

IS THE EVENT FOR ALL AGES?

ALL ages are welcome to attend our event and there is truly something to enjoy whether you are old or young.

WHATS THE REFUND POLICY?

All tickets are non-refundable. Our show will operate rain or shine.

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?

We encourage you to bring a printed copy of your ticket to be scanned for expedited entry or please have your digital ticket ready for scanning on your TIXR app.

IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN'T MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS?

Yes, each vehicle ticket has its own QR code for entry. Each vehicle must have a ticket, it’s not necessary to match the name to the attendee.

IS THERE SECURITY AT HOLIDAY ROAD?

Attendee vehicles will pass through a security check-point prior to entering our activation zone.

CAN I BRING MY DOG TO HOLIDAY ROAD?

Generally, there are no pets permitted on the grounds of King Gillette Ranch, only service animals. However, if your pet remains in your vehicle at all times, like you must, then we will allow your furry friend to join you during your experience!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS?

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the grounds.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

The event is rain or shine. Tickets are non-refundable.

WHEN ATTENDING HOLIDAY ROAD YOU MUST TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING VEHICLE GUIDELINES:

• Your ticket is valid for the legal number of occupants permitted in the vehicle. Every occupant must be in a seatbelt or car seat.

• Anything over 7 passengers must purchase the “$20 Large Vehicle Add-On” to their ticket which allows for 8-12 people. This add on is available upon check out of your standard vehicle ticket. You may NOT exceed 12 passengers in one vehicle.

• All guests must remain in their vehicle at all times during the experience.

• You are solely responsible for the operation of your car.

• Maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front of you.

• No Stopping on the trail.

• The speed limit is 5mph and traffic attendants will be along the route to monitor closely.

• The driver of any vehicle must NOT use a phone, take pictures, or video while driving.

• Drive only on designated pathways.

• No motorcycles, buses, RVs or limos. Convertibles with top down are permitted. Non-modified Sprinter vans are permitted.

• Guests will NOT be permitted to sit in the bed of a pick-up truck or any other exterior area of a vehicle.

• Should an emergency arise, put on your hazard lights and a staff member will attend to you and direct you to a safe area.

HOLIDAY ROAD HAS TAKEN ADVANCED HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES FOR BOTH OUR ATTENDEES AND OUR STAFF AS THIS IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.

• Our production is outside in the open air on 50 acres of land.

• We are providing a contactless experience including your Check-In via scanning of your mobile device or printed ticket from a safe distance.

• All staff will be required to wear masks & social distance at all times when working.

• Periodic testing, daily health screening & daily temperature checks will be mandatory for all staff prior to being admitted to work.

• Frequent hand sanitizing will be required by all staff.

• Our staff will complete a mandatory health & safety COVID-19 training prior to work.

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures – for you and our staff. Even so, there is still an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public places where people are present.
