WHAT IS HOLIDAY ROAD?

Holiday Road is the ultimate holiday experience. Expect to see some larger than life holiday displays, thousands of lights, Santa and Mrs. Claus, Elves, countless candy canes and all of your favorite holiday cheer!  Immerse yourselves in a winter wonderland featuring a gift shop, food trucks, our holiday bars and tons of other “Instagrammable” moments for all to enjoy! Come experience what everyone is talking about!

We have designated time slots for ticketing in each market. 
Advanced ticket purchase is required for each individual.

HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE TO SEE?

The trail itself is a walking trail and it is self-guided. Visitors are welcome to experience the attractions at their own pace. Most guests spend one to one and a half hours in total on the grounds engaging in both our pre show area and the walking trail. Enjoy a variety of food and beverages, capture those instagrammable moments, join in the fun with interactive experiences or visit holiday bars for a seasonal cocktail to take with you on the trail!

DOES HOLIDAY ROAD HAVE FOOD AND BEVERAGES?

Food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site from a rotation of top food trucks and vendors. We will be serving hot and cold seasonal beverages. There will also be seasonal alcoholic drinks for purchase for those 21+ years of age at one of our Holiday Bars.

DOES HOLIDAY ROAD HAVE RESTROOMS?

Yes, there are bathrooms located in multiple areas of the grounds. We have bathrooms in our parking lot, our pre-show and out on the trail for use.

IS THERE PARKING AT HOLIDAY ROAD ?

Yes, there is parking which must be purchased in advance through our website where Admission Tickets are purchased. 
Access to the lot is through your pre-purchased Parking Pass.

IS THE EVENT FOR ALL AGES?

ALL ages are welcome to attend our event and there is truly something to enjoy whether you are old or young.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

All tickets are non-refundable. Our show will operate rain or shine.

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT?

We encourage you to have your digital ticket ready for scanning on your TIXR app or alternatively, print a copy of your ticket for scanning upon arrival.

IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET OR REGISTRATION DOESN’T MATCH THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS?

Yes, each ticket has its own QR code for entry per person. Each person must have a ticket, it’s not necessary to match the name to the attendee.

IS THERE SECURITY AT HOLIDAY ROAD?

Attendees will pass through a security check-point prior to entering our activation zone. Please downsize any purses or bags you are bringing with you. All bags will be searched.

CAN I BRING MY DOG TO HOLIDAY ROAD?

Generally, there are no pets permitted on the grounds at all of our properties, only service animals with proper documentation.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Yes! We encourage all of our guests to take photos, post on social media and share their experience with family and friends l! Follow us:

IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE GROUNDS?

Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the grounds at any of our venues

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS SEVERE WEATHER?

The event will operate in rain, snow or sunshine. We will only close the event if the grounds are deemed unsafe due to severe weather conditions or damage to our infrastructure. Tickets are non-refundable, but in an emergency closure scenario, we will make every effort to exchange your tickets for another available date.

Is Holiday Road ADA accessible?

All of our properties are all ADA accessible and have ADA restrooms located on site. Please be mindful that there are several different terrains on each property that you will traverse including dirt, grass, gravel and asphalt. There are also slight changes in elevation throughout the trail. Each property has seating in the pre-show zones and a rest stop halfway through the walking experience. Please make sure you read more on your specific city and if you have any further questions or concerns please reach out to the designated information email address for your specific city.

You and your belongings may be searched upon entry. If you violate and of the below guidelines, Holiday Road reserves the right to refuse entry or remove you from the event without refund.

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS TO HOLIDAY ROAD?

Tickets prices vary for each city depending on the day you attend and the time of season. Your ticket is valid for 1 person each. Please be sure to purchase a ticket for each individual you are attending the show with. In addition to your Admission Tickets be sure to purchase your Parking Pass to access our parking lot. If you are being dropped off to the show you do not need a Parking Pass.

 

WHY DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE A TIME WHEN I PURCHASE A TICKET?

We allow only a certain number of people to enter the event per time slot as there is a limited capacity and number of tickets we can extend for each time listed.

CAN I ARRIVE EARLY?

You can arrive up to 30 minutes prior to their time slot for the evening. You will be allowed to access the trail for the ticket time you purchased.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?

No tickets will be available for purchase at the door, you must purchase all tickets in advance online. We encourage you to visit the website frequently as additional ticket allotments may be released.

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

All tickets are non-refundable. The event will operate rain or shine.

CAN I CHANGE MY TIME SLOT?

Unfortunately no, you may not change your time slot for a purchased ticket.

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY TICKET TO THE EVENT?

Yes, all tickets are scanned upon arrival. We can scan your phone or printed a ticket for entry.
